Family Hike at Sugarloaf @ Sugarloaf Ridge State Park

Come to the park for a peaceful hike through the woods! Join our Docents on this fun family hike that is good for all ages. During this 2-mile hike with 400-ft elevation gain, you will learn about Sugarloaf Park, its plants, animals, and history.
Free event, RSVP required. Meet outside the Visitor Center. Wear layers, appropriate footwear for muddy/slippery trails, bring water, sun protection, and if desired, a snack. We invite you to bring a mug or reusable container for your little ones to enjoy hot cocoa post-hike.

Parking fees apply, heavy rains cancel.

Ease of access: we’re unable to determine the ease of access at this time, as the route will be decided the day-of by the hike leader and logistical challenges.
